Save the date! On Saturday November 25, 2023, the Native Made Market is back again in Rochester, NY to honor and celebrate Native culture of the past, present and future. This gathering brings Native creatives, businesses, educators and other community change agents together in an effort to immerse people into Native culture in an engaging, meaningful and impactful way.

This year, the market headquarters are at Innovation Square, located at 100 South Clinton Avenue, Rochester, NY 14604 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. At the market, guests can support by shopping Native accessories, apparel, paintings, sculptures, bead art, and more!

The event is free and open to the public.

In 2022, the market was held at POP ROC, located 45 Euclid Street on Saturday, November 26. The market brought together over 12 vendors, seven presenters, and 500 attendees throughout the event. It was more than a market. It was an opportunity to build bridges between communities in a truly relational way. Instead of learning about Indigenous heritage through the glass at museums, folks were able to break bread (and eat Three Sisters Soup and indulge in Native Coffee) together and build relationship.

Become a Native Made Market Vendor

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the 2023 Native Made Market! Please read the following guidelines before filling out your application. We look forward to sharing space and celebrating with you! To learn more about the event space, please visit innovationsquareroc.com and see the space layout below. *layout subject to change as necessary

  • $25 per space – This is non-refundable and is due upon application approval by August 31, 2023.
  • Limited to up to 25 enrolled Native American creatives and presenters. Participants should upload a copy of their Tribal ID card. If you do not have one, please identify your Tribal affiliation and acceptance will be on a case by case basis. Please note that preference for Tribal members who are enrolled will be given and we may not be able to accommodate everyone who applies.
  • Vendors who are not Native owned but have a positive social impact on the Indigenous community may apply for a table.
  • 2 people per table max.
  • Space is for 6ft tables and you must provide your own table and chairs.
  • To be a vendor, you must provide proof of General Liability Insurance and upload this document with the submission of this form.
  • If you are looking to sell prepackaged, unopen goods, you may do so according to NYS regulations. Vendors are unable to sell on-site consumable food or beverages.
  • Although we want to accommodate all applicants, we do not have the space to do so at this time. We want to ensure that guests have an immersive and well-rounded experience so while not all applications will be accepted, there may be other ways to participate. Please let us know if you are interested in participating in another way if your application is not accepted at this time.

Please review the following Native Made Market sponsorship packages available prior to requesting to sponsor the event, then fill out the following application to secure your interest as a Sponsor. All applications are reviewed prior to accepting and once reviewed, we will reach out to you to let you know if your application has been approved. Please review what the different levels of sponsorships are, promotional needs, and terms and conditions. To receive the full benefit of the package, applications should be submitted by November 10, 2023. Please note that any applications coming in after 11/10/23 may not receive the full benefit of the sponsorship package.
